Terms of Service

Last updated November 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Completo (“Completo,” “we,” “us”) and apply when you use Completo at completoapp.com. By creating an account or using Completo, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Completo.

Who can use Completo

You must be at least 16 years old to use Completo. Each account is for one person.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, or with Google. Anyone who can access your email can sign in to your Completo account, so keep your email account secure. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, let us know right away at support@completoapp.com.

Your content

The ops you add are yours. You give us permission to store, process, and display them only as needed to run Completo for you. You’re responsible for what you add. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use Completo to:

  • break the law or violate anyone else’s rights;
  • access, or try to access, accounts or data that aren’t yours;
  • interfere with Completo, overload it, or try to get around its security;
  • create accounts or use Completo through automated means;
  • resell Completo or offer it to others as a service.

The service

Completo is in early access, and it’s free to use today. We’re actively improving it, so features may be added, changed, or removed. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you in advance, and you won’t be charged without your agreement. If we ever shut Completo down, we’ll give you advance notice, at least 30 days where possible, so you can export your ops.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Completo or its users at risk, and where appropriate, we’ll tell you why.

Disclaimers

Completo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise that Completo will always be available or error-free, or that your data will never be lost, so keep your own copy of anything important.

Completo is a personal organization tool. Don’t rely on it for anything where a missed or late task could cause harm, such as medication schedules or safety checks.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Completo won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Completo. Our total liability for any claim related to Completo is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes, we’ll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Completo after changes take effect, you’re agreeing to the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them in your local courts. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
